£3.6 billion longevity reinsurance transactions completed
Rothesay has completed £3.6 billion ($5 billion) longevity reinsurance transactions with MetLife. The transactions reinsure pension liabilities associated with two bulk annuity transactions completed by Rothesay in the fourth quarter of 2020.
