If you are deaf or hard of hearing and use the British Sign Language (BSL), you can call us via SignVideo whenever you have a question or request regarding your Rothesay policy.
SignVideo is a Video Relay service that connects you to fully qualified, registered NRCPD (National Register of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People) interpreters who will relay your conversation with a member of our customer service team.
There is no cost to using this service to contact Rothesay.

- Excellent internet speed - For the best experience with SignVideo, we advise having a minimum 2mbps upload and download internet speed.
