Rob Allard is Head and CIO of Rothesay Asset Management North America. Rob joined Rothesay in 2018 to establish, build and run the investment portfolio in North America. Prior to joining Rothesay, Rob held leadership roles in structured finance at Firebreak Capital, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.
Michelle Estes
Head of US Public Finance
Michelle Estes is Head of US Public Finance at Rothesay Asset Management North America. Michelle joined Rothesay in 2019 and is responsible for the development of the US Public Finance business and provides portfolio management, credit underwriting, investment, and trading expertise. Prior to joining, Michelle held roles as a senior municipal sell-side credit analyst and investment banker at Goldman Sachs and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
William Bond
Head of US Infrastructure and Energy
William Bond is the Head of Infrastructure and Energy of Rothesay Asset Management North America. William joined Rothesay in 2022 and is responsible for investments in the infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Rothesay, William worked at Nomura, Bank of America and General Electric. He started his career in strategy consulting in London.
Rich Azer
Head of Private Placements
Rich Azer is Head of Private Placements of Rothesay Asset Management North America. Rich joined Rothesay in 2022 and is responsible for origination of debt private placements as well as overseeing the private placement product. Rich has 25 years of private placement experience and held leadership positions at ING, Rabobank, Soc Gen, and RBS/NatWest.
Soniya Patel
Head of US CRE Origination
Soniya Patel is Head of Commercial Real Estate at Rothesay Asset Management North America. Soniya joined Rothesay’s credit team based in London in 2016 and is now in New York leading the origination of US real estate investment opportunities. Prior to joining Rothesay, Soniya worked in Standard & Poor’s European CMBS team, and Prudential’s US large loan origination team in Chicago.
Rahul Vishal Sinha
Head of US ABS and Structured Credit
Rahul is Head of Structured Credit at Rothesay Asset Management North America. Rahul joined Rothesay in 2021 and is responsible for the development of its US structured credit financing business. He has 22 years of structured finance experience, including portfolio management, underwriting, trading and quantitative analysis functions. Prior to joining Rothesay, Rahul held various leadership positions at Apollo Global Management, Athene Asset Management, OneWest Bank and Indymac Bank.
Rothesay Asset Management North America was established in 2018. Since then, it has originated over $10bn of long-term, high quality fixed income assets.
