Fitch rates Rothesay’s proposed GBP350m subordinated Tier 1 notes

Fitch Ratings has assigned Rothesay Life Plc’s (Rothesay; Issuer Default Rating (IDR) A/Stable) Proposed issue of GBP350 million Tier1 notes a ‘BBB-(EXP)’ rating.
