Rothesay award wins
For the second year in a row, Rothesay has won Insurance Company of the Year at the Insurance Asset Management Awards which celebrate outstanding achievement in the UK and global insurance investment space.
The Insurance Company of the Year category recognises the insurer that best demonstrates a commitment to meeting customer needs and to delivering a high quality of service across all its activities as part of its overall financial strategy. The judges made the following comment about Rothesay: “This firm is a sophisticated pensions risk transfer player with sound processes in place.”
We are also proud to have won the Impact on Customer Experience Award at the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) Pinnacle Awards which recognise the best of the pensions profession.
The Impact on Customer Experience Award recognises excellence in customer services. It considers the entire lifecycle of a customer and all factors that could impact their awareness, understanding, attraction, purchase, service and advocacy of a brand, product or service. The judges made the following comment about Rothesay: “This initiative to support vulnerable customers is excellent and is a well thought-out strategy with clear principles. It is how we should as an industry work when supporting vulnerable customers”.
